1. Agreement
By accessing BusinessKit HQ you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
2. The service
BusinessKit HQ provides AI-assisted writing tools, downloadable templates, business kits, and educational resources. Free features are available without an account. Paid plans will be offered when checkout is available; nothing on this site takes payment until then.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content; to impersonate another business; to submit confidential information you are not entitled to share; or to scrape, resell, or redistribute our templates as a competing library.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the details you enter and of the drafts you produce and edit. You are responsible for reviewing every output for accuracy, tone, legality, and suitability before using it with customers.
5. Our content and licence
Templates, kits, written guides, and site design remain the property of BusinessKit HQ. Free and paid users receive a non-exclusive licence to adapt and use the documents within their own business. Commercial redistribution, resale, or inclusion in a competing product is not permitted.
6. Digital downloads
Downloadable resources are delivered electronically. Because they are digital and delivered immediately, they are provided as-is; if a file is missing, corrupted, or does not match its description, contact us and we will fix or replace it.
7. Subscriptions and billing
When paid plans launch, subscriptions renew automatically for the term selected until cancelled. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation, and refund conditions will be stated clearly at checkout, and this section will be updated accordingly.
8. No professional advice
Templates and generated drafts are general starting points. They are not legal, tax, financial, employment, insurance, or other professional advice. Seek qualified advice before relying on any document that carries legal or financial consequences.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and resources may be added, updated, or withdrawn.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusinessKit HQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from your use of generated content or templates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Termination
We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Changes and contact
We may amend these terms as the service develops; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
