Privacy Policy

How BusinessKit HQ collects, uses, and protects information.

Last updated: September 10, 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors of the BusinessKit HQ website and to people who use our AI tools, download resources, or subscribe to a paid plan. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: your email address when you request a resource or join a waitlist, and the name, email, and message you submit through the contact form.

Information you enter into tools: the business details you type into a generator in order to produce a draft. Do not enter confidential customer data, payment details, health information, or anything you are not free to share.

Technical information: standard server and analytics data such as browser type, approximate location, pages visited, and referring site.

3. How we use information

To deliver the resource, draft, or reply you requested; to operate, secure, and improve the service; to send the email updates you asked for; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Email and marketing

If you give us your email to unlock a resource or join a list, we may send occasional related updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect resources you have already downloaded.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site may use essential cookies to function and analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; essential functions may stop working if you do.

6. Service providers

We use third parties for hosting, email delivery, analytics, and — once paid plans open — payment processing. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are required to protect it.

7. AI processing

Text you submit to a generator is processed to produce a draft. Outputs are suggestions, not verified facts, and should be reviewed before use. Do not submit personal data about third parties without a lawful basis to do so.

8. Data retention

We keep contact messages and email-list records for as long as needed to respond and to run the service, and then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond within the time your law requires.

10. Children

This service is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending sensitive material through the site.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service develops; material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact page.
